The core of its drive system is the research and control driver combined with Taiwan HIYIN 20-line high-precision square guide rails, as well as XY-axis 20-specification TBI ball screw transmission. With a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.02mm, it achieves precise control and long-term maintenance of the motion trajectory, and has strong consistency in processing quality.

The equipment integrates a multi-cylinder feeding frame, which realizes the automatic feeding and unloading of workpieces, significantly reducing the reliance on manual labor and labor intensity. It is particularly suitable for continuous batch production. Equipped with a 3KW three-phase asynchronous brake motor, the spindle speed can reach up to 3000r/m, featuring strong power output and rapid start and stop. The dedicated MS1000TC control system panel is intuitive to operate and compatible with G-codes generated by various mainstream design software such as ArtCam, Type3, CAD, CorelDRAW, and Jingdiao and Wentai. It also comes with a self-developed simple drawing software, which greatly reduces the technical threshold from drawings to products.

In terms of safety and reliability, the equipment is equipped with a complete photoelectric limit protection system, protecting all XY axes. At the same time, it has an independent oil circuit lubrication maintenance system to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment. The whole machine weighs 750 kilograms, with a stable structure and compact layout (with external dimensions of approximately 410011001350mm). It supports AC380V/220V working voltage and is suitable for most industrial environments.
