JINAN M-SHINE strictly adheres to the procurement plan and procedures during the procurement phase, and strictly controls the manufacturers of components such as rails, tracks, frames, motors, and electrical components. We directly cooperate with manufacturers for international and domestic parts to avoid any substandard products appearing in the factory.

We have five designers, all of whom are professional mechanical designers and automation engineers in the CNC design stage. They are based on the forefront of technology and focus on discovering the beauty of machinery. Each machine will undergo scientific calculations and electrical planning based on the processed materials to achieve the most reasonable industrial aesthetic.

All parts during the assembly process of the 03 assembly stage must undergo strict quality control, including the assembly of the head, crossbeam, and base. We weld, paint, and mill the five sides ourselves.

The inspection process during the 04 inspection stage is also an extremely important part of the entire production process, mainly including milling, table top, and inspection. Especially in terms of inspection, we will check the functions of emergency stop, spray, brush, air pressure detection, water tank and lubrication system according to the customer's order requirements to ensure the best performance of the whole machine. After the entire machine inspection is completed, it will be left blank for 48 hours. Only when it meets the same standards before and after testing can it be delivered from the factory.
After passing various tests, the packaging and delivery machine enters the packaging and delivery process. We will wipe the machine and make a suitable wooden box according to the specific size of the machine.
