3 Travel transmission : It adopts pure copper wire motor, aluminum shell reducer, belt rack transmission, stable performance, can protect the machine parts when overloaded, and there is also an optional frequency converter, which makes the entry and exit of the platform smoother.

The solenoid valve adopts large and small double solenoid valves for suction and covering. The small valve is connected in series with a ball valve to facilitate the adjustment of the air intake volume. The large valve is straight-through to ensure the maximum pressure.

7. Temperature control heating : The temperature controller adopts microcomputer time proportion adjustment temperature controller, the temperature control is precise, the heating tube adopts iron high-power heating tube, aluminum row heat dissipation, the heating tube is exponentially arranged, which is consistent with the performance of the machine and the temperature is more uniform.

8 Feeding system : It uses adjustable constant tension feeding to ensure that the film is flat and uniform, with consistent tension and not prone to wrinkles

9 Cutting system : It uses a cantilever rodless cylinder to cut the film. Compared with the old model, the new machine cuts from the root. The old model wastes about 10 centimeters of raw materials, while the new machine saves a lot of raw materials.

11 Press frame system : It adopts internal and external double press frames, with a common press frame inside and an independent press frame on each of the left and right working plates.
