Customers are increasingly concerned about the data interconnection capabilities of the equipment. Many large furniture factories are no longer satisfied with the high efficiency of single woodworking cnc machines and are eager to have the equipment connected to the factory's MES system to achieve real-time monitoring of production data, fault warning, and remote operation. This made us realize that in the future, M-SHINE must transform from "mechanical manufacturing" to a provider of "intelligent solution" services. We are currently researching how to optimize the existing control system interfaces to enable our equipment to communicate more openly and friendly with the upper-level management system.

During the exhibition, many high-end buyers from Germany, Italy, and Southeast Asia consulted at the booth. Besides asking about prices, they repeatedly confirmed the material of the equipment, heat treatment process, and the brand and lifespan of core components. This gave us a vivid lesson: In the era of competitive supply, cost performance is undoubtedly important, but "ultimate stability" is the keystone for winning long-term trust. We learned that even the torque of a screw on the machine body or the number of times a drag chain can be bent should be regarded as a standard for product quality. Just as the 12.9-grade high-strength screws and dual-layer shielded drag chains used in our equipment demonstrate, the "no-compromise" in details is the key to building a brand's moat.

Furthermore, environmental protection and energy-saving design have changed from "加分项" to "entry ticket".

Whether it is the strict emission standards of European customers or the demands of domestic customers for improving workshop environments， it has prompted us to pay more attention to environmental details in future designs. For example， the large-capacity micro-computer oil pump we exhibited this time， although it realizes timed and quantitative automatic oil supply， in the future iterations， we plan to explore micro-lubrication and even dry cutting technologies to further reduce the use of cutting fluid； in terms of dust removal， although the existing multi-control single-point structure is flexible， we are also researching how to further reduce wind resistance and energy consumption to lower operational costs for customers.
