Possible reasons:

-Insufficient or excessive laser power

-Cutting speed too fast/too slow

-Incorrect focal length (lens contamination or misalignment of focal length)

-Insufficient gas pressure (such as insufficient purity of nitrogen and oxygen)

-Impurities or uneven thickness on the surface of the material

-Adjust power and speed parameters (refer to material parameter table, gradually test).

-Clean or replace the lens, recalibrate the focal length.

-Check gas purity and pressure (such as high-purity nitrogen required for cutting stainless steel).

The material cannot be cut through during cutting

Possible reasons:

-Power setting too low

-Cutting speed too fast

-Lens or nozzle contamination/damage

-Material thickness exceeds equipment capacity

-Platform unevenness or material warping

-Improper installation (excessive tightening or poor sealing)
